Dry bath 80 ° -110 ° C.
The high temperature has the most noticeable effect on the body's natural perspiration mechanism which has the function of regulating body temperature, keeping it as close as possible to 37 ° C.
The increase in body temperature has beneficial effects on the muscles, which relaxes and reduces its tension. The climate dry sauna is also beneficial for chronic rheumatism and arthritis.
Use: for a correct use of the Finnish Sauna we recommend you follow these simple directions: shower before entering the sauna, bring a towel to lie down on. Sweat for 10/15 minutes before taking another refreshing shower. Finally rest and relax. Repeat the cycle once or twice, depending on physical requirements and personal tastes. Re-hydrate with juices or herbal tea.
Warnings: sauna is not recommended for those suffering from heart disease, hypertension and arteriosclerosis cases, colds, sinusitis or influenza.
